PNGBIZZ is Papua New Guinea’s premier business directory, connecting users and businesses across various industries. Whether you’re a visitor searching for services or a business owner looking to expand your reach, PNGBIZZ provides a seamless and efficient platform for engagement.
2.0 How to Use PNGBIZZ #
2.1 Searching For Businesses #
Use the Search Bar on the homepage / top header to find businesses by name, category, or location.
- “What” bar: Search businesses by name or select a business category from the drop down menu.
- “Where” bar: Search businesses by location/region from the drop down menu.
Your Search Results should now display Business Listings matching your search criteria on the Left Side of the Page, and their Locations (Displayed on the Map) on the Right Side of the page. You can refine your search by:
- Applying Filters by ratings, open/closed status, or business features.
- Sorting results by Most Reviewed, Most Viewed, or Highest Rated.
2.2 Browsing Business Listings #
All business listings will generally provide the following details:
- Gallery Images
- Name
- Category
- Description
- Features (Additional business features e.g., “Accepts Credit Cards”)
- Business Hours
- Location
- Google Maps
- Contact Information (Phone, Email, Website)
Listings May also include the following additional information:
- Video
- Social Media Links
- FAQs List
- Price Range
- Events
- Announcement
- Deals, Offers, Discounts
- Food Menus
- Appointments
- Lead Form
- Booking

2.3 Finding the Right Business for You #
- Read customer reviews to see what others say about a business.
- Check for special offers, promotions, or featured businesses.
- Use location-based search to find businesses in your region.
